What to expect:

Web-Setups (Server / E-mail) for new customers are usually done in 2-3 days, and take another 1-2 Days to propegate (Or spread over the web).

Page Creation - (New Pages) - time depends on project complexity, artwork, outside software requirements, programming, etc. Usually a basic text / pictures page takes about 1-2 hours to create, and can be ready the day it is created. If all the information is ready, the turnaround is based on schedule, and usually 2-3 days can be expected.

Change Requests - (Existing sites) - within 3-5 days is our goal for normal urgency - depends on clarity of request and complexity of requirements. - within 2 days for urgent, within 1 day for critical.

We work in order of reciept with urgent / critical requests moved up in paid priority...

What you can do to help:

Be clear with your requests. We cannot help if we don't fully understand your needs. Provide page location, full addressing, and specifics as to the way it is, and the way it needs to be.

What to do if it is very urgent:

E-mail us with an Urgent: in the subject line, or otherwise stress your sense of urgency with reason for the needed change, or time requirement. Please be specific in your need request.

What to do if it is Critical:

Call Us with full details of what is needed. We will immediately get started on your need. In many cases, a rush fee may be required.

What to do if you need faster service:

Plan for this is the best reccomendation. If you know that your project will require fast change service inside of our normal turn-around, let us know. We will budget your site costs to include this, and you will be moved to an urgent priority as level one service... Otherwise let us know when it comes up.

NOTE: During High demand, we are sometimes forced to work in order of job request and at times we lag a day or two behind... But in the same respect, often times we give same day or even same hour service to customers who have called for new requests or changes if we are available and it is quick. We don't make you wait if it is not necessary.
