We have found that an interview is the best way to begin your web-project. We can do this in person, or over the phone. Initial contact via e-mail and throughout the project is also effective means of communication when supplemented by personal communication at key points in the process.

We will gather the information necessary to put your project to life, and then estimate the project timing, recommendations, likely results and costs.

It is common for projects to grow during the development process, therefore we try to be as thorough with the estimation and discussion, but also ask that you understand what can cause projects to grow and be careful in your own decisions, and budgeting.

Web-Site development is usually based on the following:

• Initial Interview and Data Collection for project
• Domain Name Registration (may require some decision process)
• Server and E-mail Setup Fees (Depend on hosting type)
• Time allotment at hourly rate for development costs (Based on project estimate)
• Graphics design costs (and animations if applicable)
• Migration costs if applicable (If you have existing web-sites or partial work)
• Monthly maintenance for hosting and web-master post development.

Domain Name Registration is usually about $25 per name / yr. (5yrs for $80) - other options available.

For a small 3-5 page site, you could expect about 6 hours of development in your estimate and setup fees depending on how simple or complex your job is.

A smaller 1 - 3 page site (advertorial) based on a brochure or other existing in-print advertisement may be much less time involvement if all the artwork and text is ready to use.*

Larger web sites with greater functionality such as multiple linked pages, forms, mail hosting, secure server, e-commerce or other multi-faceted inter connectivity will be more involved development wise, and require more interactive time and development time.
