We expect the majority of changes to fall into the normal to not urgent range

If you find that the you are often using the "urgent or critical" urgency level, we may need to plan for this in specialized services.
Service requests are done on a first in - first out basis, weighted by your account specifics and the urgency of the request. If your request is of an urgent nature, please specify that in your request with dates / reson. We will contact you if we have questions about this request.
