Minimum Charge includes up to one hour (60 minutes) of diagnosis and repair @ your site based on pricing for locations below:

This rate is also your hourly charge and applies for each additional hour. Some remote areas may require additional time/mileage charge. Please ask when setting up your appointment.

Our prices are very competitive when compared to the $100+ fee to slide it across the counter at many PC repair and Major Electronics stores.

Keep in mind that that their $100+ fee often does not include repair, only diagnostic. This means that for that price they will tell you what is wrong, then how much additional it will be to fix it, or they will just tell you it is too old and that they cannot help you.

(This feedback is from customers feedback that paid others to look at their PC, but were un-able to get them fixed until they brought them to us...)

We do travel to all Arizona Locations by appointment and negotiated pricing. Out of state locations and some distant in-state locations will require transportation, food and lodging costs figured in.
