Refund/Return Policy: Refunds may only be made in the same payment form originally recieved, ie. Credit card transactions can only be credited back to originally used credit card, not exchanged for cash or other type of payment. Paid for services may only be refunded for months paid in advance if cancelled prior to use of that portion of services. Server / E-mail and other "setup" fees can not be refunded. Current month in use services can not be refunded. Contact Desert Solutions first if there is any problem or dis-satisfaction with any product or service, we will do everything within our power to make it right so that you can enjoy your purchase / service. Defective merchandise can be RMA'd or replaced with new for similar or same equipment replacement. If Merchandise must be returned for refund you will be charged 15% restocking fee. Consumer electronics restock fee is minimum 20%. Credit card chargebacks will incur a $20 chargeback fee. Web-Contracts please read the "hosting terms" for more details.
