do you charge a "Consultation fee"?
This is to help compensate us for the time we spend with you evaluating
your specific needs, this is a valuable thing for you in that
our reccomendations and the information gained during this meeting
can be used with or without future services from us.
Why
do you charge a "trip fee"?
We charge a trip fee in addition to many of our services to cover
our time, mileage, and other related expenses to getting your
job done.
Why
do you charge a "Rush Fee"?
This fee is to cover "overtime", or other un-expected expenses, related
to getting your job moved ahead of our regular full schedule.
This fee is both to discourage excessive abuse of "rush" needs,
and to compensate for the related in-convenience that it creates.
Why
do you charge a "Monthly Fee" for my website?
Monthly fees cover server expenses, bandwidth costs, mainenance and full
time coverage availability for your hosted site. This is required
for a web-site.
Why
do you charge a "Anual Fee" for my website?
This covers Annual renewal costs for Domain Names, This is required
for a web-site.
Why
do you charge "Setup Fee"?
The various setup fees cover items such as server setup, software
licensing, technical fees, our time involvement in the setup
of a new project, etc.
Why
do I have to pay for virus recovery on my system that is still
in warranty?
Viruses fall into the classification of software, or damage, in
that the hardware of your machine did not fail, however something
went wrong with the way that the programs function that requires
work to be done other than "Parts + Labor" in which the labor is
to cover the parts replacement.
Why
do I have to buy software for each machine?
Licensing of the software is provided for one machine unless specifically
written otherwise by the software MFG / Vendor. We will not assist
in the violation of this licensing agreement by the software providor.
Why
do you charge a transfer fee?
This fee covers filing of the forms, time involvement, Fax Requirements,
Long distance charges and various other responsibilities needed
to cover the involved process that follows to insure successful
completion.

do you charge a cancellation fee?
This fee covers filing of the forms, time involvement, Fax Requirements,
Long distance charges and various other responsibilities needed
to cover the involved process that follows to insure successful
completion.

do you charge an immediate release fee?
This fee covers filing of the forms, time involvement, Fax Requirements,
Long distance charges and various other responsibilities needed
to cover the involved process that follows to insure successful
completion.
Why
do you charge more for on-site support than drop-off support?
On-Site support requires time and mileage, drop-off support is generally
less costly for us to do. On-site support also requires specific dedicated
tech time whereas drop-off support can be shared with other in-process
repairs.
