Our History summarized:

We have grown by word of mouth since approximately 1995. We have current customers that have been with us since that time - To include Judie Celentano (1995), Carrie Bethel (1995), and Jan Steinke (1996).

As we satisfied these customers beyond their expectations and historical experience, they began to refer us to their friends and colleagues who were in need of reliable, affordable service. Thus we started on a growth path that added new customers at approximately doubling in size annually.

We outgrew the small office (in our home) and the ability of just me (Sam) to service all of these customers individually, and we set out to form a business model that could provide the excellent service and support that these customers had grown to love and expect - so we formed a business plan in 2001, executed in 2002 that made us into the current company Desert Solutions.

We created the logo, the name, and printed our first brochures, cards, and commenced business operation as a company, instead of as an individual, and with all of our past customers remaining, along with the new customers, vendors, employees and relationships we have added, we have experienced great reward and success.. For that we thank everyone who has been a part of this with us! Thank You!!!

We have grown from the small up-stairs office, to the larger downstairs "Den" office, to the entire downstairs of our home, added the garage, then moved to an entire new site with a separate building for the business in 2004. That is where we are today - Those of you who have seen our customer lobby and will-call counter know - it is a humble beginning, but we are on the way to great things, with that we offer the excellent service and support that our customers have come to expect!
