Which requested the above-referenced domain name to be registered and maintained with Desert Solutions, and which entered into a Hosting Agreement and a Service Agreement with Desert Solutions for the registration of the Domain Name, wishes to transfer the Domain Name to a New Registrant, and enters into this Domain Name Transfer Agreement with Desert Solutions.

1. Requestor's transfer of the Domain Name from Desert Solutions management.

The requestor hereby transfers the control of the Domain Name and discharges Desert Solutions from all obligations under the Agreements. The requestor releases Desert Solutions from all claims, liabilities or demands arising from the Agreements. The requestor further acknowledges and agrees that it is not entitled to a refund of any fees it may have paid to Desert Solutions. Nothing contained in this Registrant Name Change Agreement shall be construed as an assignment of the requestor's rights under the Agreements. The requestor hereby authorizes Desert Solutions to take all steps necessary to register the Domain Name to the New Registrant, including without limitation, disassociating the Domain Name from the host servers designated by the Current Registrant.

Desert Solutions agrees to contact the New Registrant to proceed with the Domain Name Transfer procedure. Desert Solution's contact of the New Registrant indicates Desert Solution's acceptance of this agreement. If no response is received from the New Registrant within 30 days, this transaction will expire.
