This deposit is required to make your reservation official at Desert Lab Puppies. - We have many of our pups sold before they are even born, and the deposit guaranties your ability to buy in order of reciept. - In otherwords, you are placing your deposit to guaranty your right to chose the pick in order of payment reciept. You will be contacted after the litter is born and given pick when your turn arrives.

About Payments:Desert Solutions is the "parent company" over "Desert Lab Puppies Kennel" - we handle the payment processing for the corporate account, and the money is credited in the same accounting office/methods with a different accounting class. This is a secure payment processing method for "Desert Lab Puppies".
Refund/Return Policy: Refunds may only be made in the same payment form originally recieved, ie. Credit card transactions can only be credited back to originally used credit card, not exchanged for cash or other type of payment. Deposits for Desert Lab Puppies are non-refundable, meaning that once you reserve a puppy, you have given your commitment to proceed with the full transaction - minimum $500 total purchase price. If at any time you decide not to go through with the transaction your deposit will be used as a "restocking fee" meaning that we will have to re-advertise, and possibly even lose money on the sale - therefore your fee will be collected as damages, and no further actions will be required from either party. Credit card chargebacks will incur a $20 chargeback fee. Full Service Terms: terms Web-Contracts please read the "hosting terms" for more details. We typically will have a good idea of the color of the litter(s) that are expected, but not the count or genders until birth. If your color/gender choice is not available when litter is delivered, you will be given the option to chose an alternate color/gender as applicable, or wait for the next litter. - If after two litter cycles of all of our Dams, (Generally 1 year) waiting, your initial choice, or backup choice cannot be satisfied, we will grant a refund option.
